Parts of Main Street, Pickett Road Closed Thursday in Fairfax
It's because of sewer-drain flushing, and will take place 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m., according to city officials. Signs will be on hand to help.

FAIRFAX, VA — Storm-drain flushing will take place 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday on the northbound side of Pickett Road and the westbound side of Main Street. Motorists will be directed around the work zone.
