Public Meeting For Old Town Fairfax Historic District Project

Last fall, the City of Fairfax surveyed the properties in and around the City of Fairfax Old Town Historic District.

Last fall, the City of Fairfax surveyed the properties in and around the City of Fairfax Old Town Historic District. The intention of this work is to update survey information for historic resources in the downtown core and to explore revising the boundaries of both this district and the local Old Town Fairfax Historic Overlay District.

The City of Fairfax Department of Community Development and Planning and its consultant, EHT Traceries, will present initial findings during a virtual public meeting at 7 p.m. on February 18. Participants are invited to make comments and ask questions.
