Reserve Wilton Crossing Now--The Latest Residence Building at Woodleigh Chase
For Paula DeMasi, finding a home on the ground level with easy access to the outdoors--for her dog, Chessie--was at the top of her wish list

Woodleigh Chase, an Erickson Senior Living community in Fairfax, Va., is now accepting reservations for Wilton Crossing!
Wilton Crossing, the community's fifth residence building, is projected to open this summer, following closely on the tail of Glendale Court.
"The addition of these new residences will help us welcome even more seniors," says Nahid Young, Woodleigh Chase sales director. "Demand for our vibrant, worry-free lifestyle remains very high."

The right fit
Paula DeMasi, one of the first retirees to move into Pierson Grove, serves as an inspiration for others considering a move to Woodleigh Chase.

"I was planning to stay in my house in Alexandria, Va., for another eight to ten years," says Paula. "Then, one day, I was on the phone trying to find specialized filters for my HVAC system, and it hit me. I thought, 'Why am I doing this?'"
When researching senior living options in the area, Woodleigh Chase stood out to Paula for a host of reasons--mainly the tranquility and location of the scenic campus.
"Other communities were in the middle of an urban area. That didn't work for me. Having a place where I could take my dog outside was important," she explains. "Plus, since I have lived in the area for years, I wouldn't have to change my doctor or dog groomer."
She was also drawn to the community's maintenance-free residences. Without the responsibilities of homeownership, she would have more time to pursue her interests and make new friends.
Paws-itive experience
Paula chose a two-bedroom home--the Rutherford floor plan design--on Pierson Grove's first floor, providing convenient outdoor access for her dog, Chessie.
"There were two features I loved about this apartment," says Paula. "The high ceilings make it feel really open and spacious, and the easy access to the outdoors makes taking Chessie out so much easier."
Her new home is also close to many community amenities, including a flex fitness space, indoor pickleball court, woodshop, resident storage, and a dog park--a feature that Paula and Chessie both appreciate!
"Having a place where she could be outside was important. Before this, I lived in a townhouse community, so we could only walk on a leash. Now, she is so happy to wander around the dog park," says Paula.
Priority List perks
Before her move, Paula attended exclusive events for members of Woodleigh Chase's Priority List, where she connected with other future residents.
"While I was on the Priority List, I was invited to so many different events where I met people and began making friends. We stayed in touch, and when it came time to move, I already knew quite a few people," says Paula.
In addition to attending exclusive informational and social events, members save their spot in line for their desired floor plans and can work with Woodleigh Chase's preferred realty and moving vendors.
When it came time for Paula to move, the process was simple, thanks to support from these professionals.
"The move couldn't have gone more smoothly; it was perfect! They were incredibly organized, and there was a ton of support and attention to detail," recalls Paula. "They came to my house with the floor plan I chose, and we figured out where the furniture would be placed, so I knew exactly what to take and what to get rid of."
She continues, "The day of the move, they helped me unpack everything and haul away the packing materials. There was not a single scratch on anything. I don't think I could have done it without them."
Don't wait!
Young encourages anyone considering a move to Woodleigh Chase to join the Priority List sooner than later. "Demand for Woodleigh Chase is at an all-time high!" says Young. "You don't want to miss out."
