The City Council of Fairfax will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 in City Council Chambers at City Hall.

- Presentation of the Fairfax County Health Departments 14 Carrot Gold Food Safety Excellence Award to Al-Maza Restaurant.
- Presentation of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Award to former Mayor, Robert F. Lederer.
- Consideration of a resolution establishing a towing advisory board pursuant to Virginia Code Section 46.2-1217 for the purpose of advising the City Council with respect to the terms of a contract for police-requested towing services.
- Public hearing and Council action on a request of Red Zone Grill LLC, applicant, by Tarik Hassan, Owner, for renewal of special use permit pursuant to City Code Section 110-782(a)(1) to allow dancing and entertainment as uses ancillary to a restaurant (Red Zone Grill) in the C-2(p) Retail Commercial and Old Town Fairfax Transition Overlay Districts on the premises known as 10560 Main Street (Mosby Building).
