Rock the Block Returns Friday With '80s Cover Band

Fairfax will be ready to Rock the Block again this Friday, Aug. 22. The free summer concert series includes blocking off University Drive in Old Town Fairfax City.

The event is planned from 6-9 p.m. Food vendors, other merchants, beer and games are planned.

Party band The Breakfast Club will be playing ”total faves of the 1980s.”

Rock the Block will return Sept. 26.
