Rock The Block Returns Friday to Old Town Square

The Jangling Reinharts will perform hits from the 1960s-1990s.

FAIRFAX CITY, Va. — It's time for another installment of "Rock the Block!"

The monthly summer concert series returns Friday from 6:30-9:30 p.m. with a performance by the Jangling Reinharts, a cover-band outfit that plays popular songs from the 1960s-1990s.

The event is held the last Friday of every month through October at Old Town Square, 3999 University Drive.

Rock the Block includes food vendors, and concert goers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.

To take advantage of the spray pad, kids are advised to wear swimming suits and bring towels.
