Santa's Lap Dogs Coming to Fair Oaks Mall
Ongoing photo sessions, beginning Sunday, are a decided twist from taking your kids to be photographed with Santa Claus.
FAIRFAX, VA — It's one thing to take your kids to a mall, have them sit beside Santa Claus, smile pretty (or wail) for the camera and then dish out money for the so-called keepsake photos.
It's another thing to do the same drill with your, ahem, pets.
But that's the deal at Fair Oaks Mall. Beginning Sunday at 6:3- p.m., "pet parents," as they're described in a release, are urged to bring their pets to the new "Santa's Flight Academy" in Grand Court West.

Pets must be vaccinated and on a leash or in a pet carrier.
No word about pet snakes or pet rats.

- Sunday, November 13, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
- Saturday, November 26, 8 - 9:30 a.m.
- Sunday, November 27, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
- Sunday, December 4, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
- Saturday, December 10, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.
- Sunday, December 11, 6:30 - 8 p.m.
