Screaming, Banging On Door Lead To Disorderly Conduct Charge: Police

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police cited 25-year-old Jarod Watson of Fairfax on multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, for banging on the door of a city residence.

Police responded around 11:16 p.m., on Jan. 27 for the report of a man banging and screaming of the door of a residence in the 3900 block of Bradwater St. Police determined that Watson, who was found nearby, was under the influence of alcohol.

After taking Watson into custody, the officers took him to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they charged him with disorderly conduct, drunk in public, and obstruction of justice. Watson remained in custody and was released once it was determined that he was sober.
