Sexual Assault Charge Levied Against Employee Of City Massage Business

An employee of a Fairfax City massage business was cited for sexual assault after a customer said he inappropriately touched her.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Eric D. Nightingale, 29, of Herndon was cited for sexual assault and battery on Monday for an incident that occurred Feb. 4 at a Fairfax City business, according to a police release.

A female customer of Massage Elite at 10805 Main St., Suite 500, told the City of Fairfax Police that she had been inappropriately touched by an employee of the business, according to police.

Following an investigation into the incident, police served Nightingale with a criminal summons and subsequently released him.
