Shattering Vehicle Window Leads To Destruction Of Property Charge
Fairfax City Police arrested an Alexandria man whom they say shattered a vehicle window in the PJ Skiddos parking lot.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police arrested an Alexandria man early Friday morning for assault in the parking lot of PJ Skidoos restaurant, according to the weekly crime report.
Officers responded around 12:13 a.m., for the report of an assault at the restaurant located at 9908 Fairfax Blvd, according to the report. The victim told the officers that 22-year-old Devin Miller shattered the driver's side window of their vehicle and struck them in the face.
The officers located Miller and determined that he was intoxicated. They then charged him with destruction of property and being drunk in public, according to police. After Miller was treated for injuries he sustained during the incident, he was released on a summons.
