Skin Memory Spa Provides Luxury Skincare Services Focused On Results

FAIRFAX, VA — As the owner of Skin Memory Spa, Leslie Merriman's business is to find ways to help her customers relax and relieve stress.

"We offer specialized facial and scalp massages that calm people who are extremely stressed and have a hard time relaxing their mind and nerves," she told Patch recently.

A former librarian, Merriman opened the solo skincare spa about a year ago at 10621-J Braddock Road in Fairfax.

"We provide luxury skincare services focused on results," she said. "Our areas of speciality include acne, healthy aging — such as pre and post menopause and rosacea."

Skin Memory Spa now offers a new treatment from France that's not available anywhere else in the area, according Merriman.

"Outside of Hollywood, we are so honored to offer a unique holistic French facial skincare system to radically heal skin and blur lines," she said.

When asked what she likes most about being a business owner in Fairfax, Merriman said: "The incredibly diverse women I meet daily; women who manage a busy life and many who also manage extremely high pressure careers. Meeting these women who do so much for so many people is truly an honor."

Skin Memory Spa is open Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Wednesday-Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The business is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
