Spotsylvania Man Cited For Unauthorized Use Of Vehicle In Fairfax
City of Fairfax Police arrested a 31-year-old man after being alerted that the vehicle he was driving was stolen.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — City of Fairfax Police arrested a 31-year-old Spotsylvania man on April 3 for driving a car he did not own without the owner's permission.
Around 9:29. a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at 10400 Fairfax Blvd after they received a FLOCK alert identifying the vehicle as stolen.
During the investigation, the officers determined that the driver, whom they identified as Oscar Hernandez, did not own the vehicle and did not have the owner's permission to use it.

Hernandez was arrested and then taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving on a revoked license. He was given a secure bond.
