Trespassing, Missing Court Date Land VA Man In Fairfax Lockup: Police
A 32-year-old man City of Fairfax Police arrested for trespassing was also wanted for failing to appear in court, records say.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — A man wanted in Fairfax County for failing to appear in court was arrested recently by City of Fairfax Police for trespassing at a homeless day shelter in the city.
Officers responded around 10:40 a.m. for the report of a man who had previously been trespassed from the Lamb Center at 3160 Campbell Drive, being seen on the center’s property.
Although the suspect, whom police identified as 32-year-old Tyrone Garvin of Jarratt, Virginia had left before officers arrived at the Lamb Center, they were able to locate him nearby, according to police.

During their investigation, police determined that Garvin was wanted by Fairfax County for failing to appear for a scheduled hearing in Fairfax County General District Court, according to court records.
Police charged Garvin with trespassing and served his warrant for failure to appear. He was then held without bond in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Garvin is due back in Fairfax County District Court for a Dec. 4 hearing on the failure to appear charge, as well as earlier charges of destruction of property and disorderly conduct, according to court records.
