Update on Major Development Projects in Fairfax
Among the projects are a redesigning of Fairfax Shopping Center and a redevelopment of Fairfax Circle Plaza Shopping Center.

FAIRFAX, VA — Here are a few updates on major development projects either being planned or almost underway in the city:
• Scout on the Circle, 9444-9500 Fairfax Boulevard — The approved mixed-use redevelopment at Fairfax Circle Plaza Shopping Center is under permit review. The property owner still is securing financing for project and finalizing a lease with anchor grocery store.
• Novus Fairfax Gateway, 11091-11101 Fairfax Boulevard — This approved mixed-use redevelopment at the former American Medical Labs property is under permit review.

• Fairfax Shopping Center, 10342-10412 Fairfax Boulevard — The property owner has proposed a redesigned shopping center with retail, restaurant, and Whole Foods 365 grocery; submission of complete application pending.
• Paul VI Property, 10675 Fairfax Boulevard — The developer held community meeting in October 2016 with proposed redevelopment concepts. No application has yet been submitted to city.

• Davies Property, 4131 Chain Bridge Road — The developer submitted an application for multifamily residential redevelopment, is under review.
