Volunteers for Change (VFC) is Volunteering Made Easy

You’re a busy person and your time is precious. Between work, school, parenting and all of your commitments it may seem like you hardly have time for anything, much less volunteering. Volunteers for Change (VFC) understands this!

With Volunteers for Change you’ll never have to choose between work and volunteering. The VFC program was designed with busy people like you in mind. VFC provides flexible weekend and evening volunteer opportunities for active, civically engaged adults and young adults who have a desire to serve.  No training or on-going commitment is required to volunteer. The only requirement to get started is a ONE-time, ONE-hour orientation!

Not only does Volunteers for Change work around your schedule, but it also gives you the power to choose how you want to serve. Offering over 55 opportunities to serve each month, the VFC program is sure to have something to fit your interests. From packing emergency food kits for families in crisis to throwing birthday parties for underserved children living in a shelter, VFC has projects for everyone.

Volunteers for Change is a great way for volunteers to meet new people and become better connected to their community. After attending the one-time orientation, you will gain access to an online calendar full of local volunteer opportunities. The only requirement to remain an active member is to volunteer at least once within 6 months of your orientation date.

No more excuses. Don’t let your schedule stop you from volunteering. Become a Volunteer for Change! Check out these upcoming orientation dates:
