The kitchen work triangle is made up of three main work areas.
Typically, the Cooking (range), Preparation (sink/dishwasher) and Food Storage (refrigerator) is the major work center in a most kitchens, so it stands to reason that the ideal positioning between these three points can improve the function and flow of a kitchen. This kitchen work triangle is created when you arrange this main work area in a triangular shape to enable efficient and easy movement.
