WINE SOCIAL Hosted by Assistance Leage of Northern Virginia

Assistance League of Northern Virginia hosted its Fall Fundraising event, a Wine Social at Paradise Springs Winery, on Sunday November 5th. Tucked away in the town of Clifton, the private barn, wine bar and patio provided the perfect setting for members and supporters to socialize while sipping the premier wines of the vineyard. Paradise Springs' wine educator and member volunteer, Linda Shilts, poured six of the vineyards premier wines. And guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and desserts provided by Assistance League of Northern Virginia members. Many thanks to Mary Spence for coordinating raffle baskets awarded to three lucky winners, and to Karen Amster, VP Resource Development, for organizing this fun event, with the fall foliage adding to the experience.
