National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch: snow and ice expected from Saturday morning, February 13 through Sunday morning, February 14. Heavy icing possible. Accumulation of up to one inch of snow and a half an inch of ice possible. This forecast is subject to change; check with the National Weather Service for current information.
