Braddock District Candidates Near End of Debates

Braddock District Board of Supervisors candidates John Cook, Janet Oleszek, and Carey Campbell rounded out their arguments Wednesday evening in the ninth of their 10 scheduled debates.

The candidates reiterated positions that they held throughout their candidacies:

• Cook emphasized both his community outreach and his proposal for local control of local roads.
• Oleszek cited her previous experience on the school board as a top qualification for dealing with the school board.
• Campbell explained his proposals for "more trains, less traffic," and his thoughts on increasing mass transit options in the area.
