Braddock District Candidates Set Up Debates

Candidates for the Braddock District Board of Supervisors race will debate later in September.

So far, two debates have been scheduled between Republican incumbent and Democrat . Independent candidate Carey Campbell has also been invited to the debate.

Here are some details about the debates:

September 14, 7:30 p.m. at Braddock District Hall at 9002 Burke Lake Drive. Hosted by Braddock District Council
Ninety minute debate with 3-minute opening and closing statements. Candidates will take questions from the audience.

September 24, 3:30 p.m. on the front yard of Denny and Suzie D'Alelio at 4811 Woodland Way, in Annandale. Moderator:  Ellen Oppenheim
Sixty minute debate with 2-minute opening and closing statements. Candidates will also take questions from the audience. Organizers recommend that residents bring chairs or blankets to sit on.
