Eric Sterling, President of The Criminal Justice Policy Foundation, will be speaking at Lucy's Arl about where this election puts us with regard to marijuana in the US. He is a national expert on marijuana policy--as a Congressional staff attorney he helped write the Reagan drug laws in the 1980s, and in 1989 he founded CJPF--a private non-profit that helps educate the nation about criminal justice issues.
