Mad Fox Brewing Company’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef Andrew Dixon, has created an exciting menu for the award-winning brewpub’s first Belgian themed beer dinner scheduled for Monday, June 25 at 7:00 pm. The five-course meal will be paired with Mad Fox’s Belgian-style beers, including the soon to be released Abbaye de Chutes and the Witte Vos. Located in the heart of the City of Falls Church at 444 West Broad Street, Mad Fox brews all its British, Belgian and German style beers in-house on a 15-barrel Premier Stainless brewing system with 180-barrels of fermentation space under the direct supervision of CEO and Executive Brewer Bill Madden. Two Mad Fox beers won international industry acclaim at the 2011 Great American Beer Festival® (GABF) in Denver, CO. The Kölsch Kellerbier earned a gold medal while the English Summer Ale captured a bronze.
Mad Fox features a chef-driven, seasonal menu and frequent specials including pizza, panini, salads and vegetarian friendly foods; fresh, locally grown seasonal produce, cheeses and other ingredients; locally raised lamb, bison, beef, chicken and game; and house-cured meats. The restaurant offers plenty of free parking in the back, in either the lot or the parking facility. Additionally, it is centrally situated between the East Falls Church and West Falls Church Metro Stations, close to both Tysons Corner and Arlington.
