The two-story single-family home is located in the 5800 block of Magnolia Lane.Firefighters encountered smoke coming from the second floor of the home upon arrival. Firefighters conducted an aggressive fire attack and quickly brought the fire under control in 15 minutes. Two adults and their dog were displaced. Red Cross assistance was offered but declinedA firefighter sustained a minor injury.Damage is estimated at $62,000.According fire investigators, the fire was accidental. An electrical anomaly that occurred in a basement kitchen outlet caused the fire.
