Falls Church Police Seek Help Finding Teen Runaways
Falls Church Police say they were reported missing Friday morning and may be headed to New York City.
The City of Falls Church Police seek the public's help in finding two runaway juveniles. Friends Zelda Jade Zjhra Hutcheon, age 14, and Olivia Claire Owen, also age 14, were reported missing from their respective homes this morning. The indication is they ran away together, possibly to New York City.

- Zelda Jade Zjhra Hutcheon: white female, age 14, 5'6", 110 pounds, brown eyes, sandy hair
- Olivia Claire Owen: white female, age 14, 5'8", 135 pounds, blue eyes, blond hair, partially shaved, may have dyed her hair
