Tips for Keeping Your Vehicles Safe:
- Lock all your car doors.
- Do not leave your keys in your car.
- Keep your garage door closed and locked.
- Don’t leave valuables in your car. Computers, purses and wallets are highly desired targets that are frequently stolen.
- Don’t leave any “sign” that there might be valuables out of sight in your vehicle, such as docking stations, phone chargers or connector cables.
- Set any alarm or anti-theft device if your vehicle has one.
- Dark-tinted windows will not hide valuables. Thieves often use flashlights to see through tinted windows.
