Police charged Guida with violating a protective order three times within 20 years. He did not have a bond, the Sheriff’s Office said. Immediately after he was booked, he was moved to a cell in the ADC’s infirmary due to his medical conditions, according to the Sheriff’s Office. The infirmary houses inmates with medical conditions that require frequent observation and treatment by medical staff.
No word from the county on what prompted the arrest. It’s unclear whether Guida was being held without bond or could not post bond.
