• Fieldale man seeks kidney donor (henrycountyenterprise.com) — A longtime Fieldale resident, 64-year-old Michael Williams, is urgently seeking a living kidney donor so he can move beyond exhausting dialysis trips to Martinsville three times a week. His condition has sharply limited travel, family time, and the community service he loves. Williams is registered with several transplant centers and the National Kidney Registry, and his insurance would cover a donor's medical costs.
