We opened our doors in 2010 as the first Upper Cervical Health Centers office in the Northern Virginia area. Upper Cervical Health Centers has gone WORLD WIDE opening over 60 offices in the U.S. and Five in Italy. Drs. Williams and Exume, the practice directors has advanced certifications and training in precision upper cervical procedures. Upper Cervical care is a new approach to health care and it is our responsibility to share it with the people in the Fredericksburg area.
