Germanna To Have Office In Central Park

Dr. David Sam of Germanna Community College told City Council that they have the building rent free for three years.

Correction: The square footage of the building was incorrect in an earlier version of this story.

Rappaport Companies is providing space for Germanna Community College's marketing/public relations staff and its foundation in Central Park.

Germanna President Dr. David Sam said the move will take place this year at 1320 Central Park Boulevard across from Funland. He said Rappaport Companies will lease the space rent-free for three years. The space is about 2,330 square feet and about eight to 10 people will occupy the building.
