Giveaways, Music Planned For Applebee's Renovation Party

Fredericksburg's Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar at 2851 Plank Road will have a new look this weekend, and the restaurant chain is celebrating with a party from 4-8 p.m. Saturday.

Closed for renovations through Thursday, the restaurant will be the scene Saturday for "A Night with the Stars," with a red carpet for diners and cutouts of celebrities for pictures.

Inside, attendees have a chance to win five $100 gift cards and one grand prize of Free Appetizers for a Year, in addition to food tastings and music by a live DJ.

“We love the people of Fredericksburg and could not be more excited and proud to bring them the best Applebee’s has to offer with a completely overhauled restaurant," said General Manager Rita Witte.
