Man Pleads Guilty to Stabbing Ex-Girlfriend 25 Times

The assailant is facing a life-sentence for attempted murder and related charges. He will be sentenced Feb. 26.

A Spotsylvania man who stabbed his girlfriend 25 times on Dec. 21, 2013 pleaded guilty to eight charges Thursday, Nov. 6, according to Fredericksburg.com

Noel Walker, 21, attacked his former girlfriend Mia Cruz, 19 at the time, as she was leaving from work at the Sports Performance Institute in Stafford. Walker was reportedly angry that Cruz had ended their relationship a few weeks prior.

At his trial Thursday, Nov. 6 Walker pleaded guilty to aggravated malicious wounding, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of wounding in the commission of a felony, malicious wounding, making a written threat to kill and obstruction of justice.
