In Stafford General District Court on Wednesday, Commonwealth’s Attorney argued against releasing Johnson on bond, providing details of the case that were not previously released, according to the Free Lance-Star.

Olsen said that Johnson told detectives that he and Brown had been in a romantic relationship that ended in rancor in mid-March. On the morning of the slaying, Johnson arrived in Brown’s neighborhood at about 3 a.m. and waited for around two hours for Brown to leave his residence before shooting him.
