Commissioners also advanced a trucking compliance case in Varina and delayed a large Varina rezoning, but the Glen Allen decision could reshape how that corner is used and accessed.

Henrico County News : 'Transformational:' 87 homes sold in Affordable Housing Trust Fund's first two years (henrico.gov) — Henrico County's Affordable Housing Trust Fund, fueled by data center tax revenue, has already helped sell 87 homes at reduced prices to qualifying first-time buyers. The program aims to support 750 more affordable homes countywide over five years, potentially benefiting Glen Allen residents.
