16 Violations At Greater Alexandria Restaurant

MOUNT VERNON, VA — Fairfax County regularly conducts health inspections for local restaurants. The frequency of inspections on the type of food served and how it is prepared.

“In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations,” states the Virginia Department of Health’s website.

Here are some of the violations from Greater Alexandria inspections in early October. Among the violations 16 at Las Catrachitas Restaurant. Some of the violations were corrected during the inspection.
