2 Injured In Stabbing At Fairfax County Walmart: Police

Fairfax County police responded to the Hybla Valley store around 6 p.m. Friday, authorities said.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — Two juveniles were injured in a stabbing at Walmart in Hybla Valley on Friday, according to Fairfax County police and a report.

In a tweet posted around 6:30 p.m., police were called to the 7900 block of Richmond Highway. Photos taken by WJLA showed several police cars at a Walmart store in that area.

The victims both had wounds to their upper bodies, police said, and were taken to the hospital. According to authorities, one victim had life-threatening injuries while the other did not.

Police did not release the ages of the victims.

A suspect is in custody, according to police.
