Mount Vernon - Alexandria Gym Staff Member Puts Personal Training Skills to the Test at Wanderlust Triathlon

MTVAC Assistant General Manager, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor Gretchen Thompson competed in the Wanderlust 108 Triathlon after both mental and physical training. Mount Vernon Athletic Club (MTVAC) members and friends joined Gretchen in the triathlon, held in Washington D.C.

When Gretchen isn’t completing a triathlon or running the Crew Program as Coach at Forest Park High School, she can be found teaching a variety of classes at MTVAC. As a certified personal trainer, Gretchen feels its important to always learn more so she attends classes and conferences to stay current with all of the latest fitness trends. At 60 years old, Gretchen's a true fitness role model!
