Ammo Found At Door Of Mount Vernon Apartment
A Mount Vernon resident had reported sounds of gunshots in the middle of the day Tuesday.
MOUNT VERNON, VA—Police are investigating gunshots heard in Mount Vernon during the day Tuesday.
A resident reported the sound of gunshots in the 4500 block of Colony Court around 12:30 p.m. Police discovered three rounds of ammunition at an apartment door and shell casings nearby.
No injuries have been reported. The investigation continues.
