Child Sexually Abused At Groveton Home Daycare: Police
Police have charged the alleged abuser and believe there may be other victims.
GROVETON, VA—Fairfax County Police have arrested and charged a man for sexually abusing a child at a home daycare in Groveton.
Police were called to the daycare at 3012 Popkins Lane on Sept. 12 when a mother reported the sexual abuse of her child. Investigations revealed a man at the home sexually abused the child. The victim's age has not been released.
Jose Garcia Urrutia Luna, 54, of Alexandria, is charged with indecent liberties with a child, sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. He is being held without bond.

Detectives have reason to believe there are additional victims. Anyone who believes the accused man may have had inappropriate contact with their children should call Detective B.
