Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Licensing Classes

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage School of Real Estate prepares each student not only to pass the real estate salesperson examination but also start a successful career in real estate. This course has been approved to meet the 60 hour minimum requirements of the Virginia Real Estate Commission. The course material includes: Modern Real Estate Practice textbook, Virginia Real Estate Practice & Law textbook, mid-term exam, final exam, and many handouts which have been designed to prepare you for the state examination. The Virginia Real Estate Board requires that all candidate for initial licensure by examination in Virginia submit, at the time of pre-license course enrollment, a 2"x2" passport compliant photograph to the school.**
