Collingwood Road Closure Coming Up In Fort Hunt
Drivers should expect a road closure starting on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
FORT HUNT, VA — A portion of Collingwood Road will be closed in Fort Hunt as the Virginia Department of Transportation replaces a stormwater pipe.
The road will be closed to through traffic between Riverside Road and Fort Hunt Road from 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19 to 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21. Access to properties along Collingwood Road will be allowed, but traffic will not be able to go beyond the point of the pipe replacement.
Through traffic will be detoured via Riverside Road, Cool Spring Drive and Fort Hunt Road back to Collingwood Road.
