DC Area Restaurant Week To Include Alexandria Eateries

ALEXANDRIA, VA—There's often less to do in first weeks of the new year, but luckily Alexandria foodies have two upcoming events to enjoy.

Even before Alexandria Winter Restaurant Week on Jan. 26-Feb. 4, 2018, there will be a larger event for DC and the surrounding area. Metropolitan Washington Winter Restaurant Week runs Jan. 22-28, and at least 10 restaurants have signed on to participate.

Throughout the week, over 250 restaurants in the DC area will be offering special menus with options available at $35 for dinner, $22 for lunch and $22 for brunch. The culinary event will give patrons a chance to dine at long-time establishments as well as the winners of the 2017 RAMMY Awards. The event is sponsored by 94.7 FRESH FM, American Express, American Lamb, Events DC and OpenTable.
