Delivery Drivers Threatened With Knives In 3 Robberies
Two of the incidents involved delivery drivers and happened within minutes in the Richmond Highway area.

HYBLA VALLEY, VA—Delivery drivers were threatened at knifepoint in three robberies within two days along the Richmond Highway corridor.
The first two incidents happened within a minute but at different locations Sunday. One employee was making a delivery around 11:15 p.m. in the 7700 Block of Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley. The suspect showed a knife and demanded money, but the victim was able to flee without injury.
The second happened at 11:16 in the 7900 block of Kidd Street in Mount Vernon. The driver threw the food and other items at the knife-toting suspect and escaped without injury.

On Monday, another delivery driver was targeted at the same block on Kidd Street around 9:40 p.m. The pizza delivery driver fled without being hurt.
No clear descriptions of the suspects were available. Police did not say whether any of the incidents were related.
