Dunkin' Donuts Moving to Fordson Place
The donut shop with the popular coffee will replace Peet's, which closed in December.
Dunkin’ Donuts is taking its coffee and donuts and moving soon, from its location at 7611 Richmond Highway down to 7707 Fordson Road, at the Fordson Place shopping center.
An employee at the 7611 Richmond Highway location said on Tuesday the move is expected to take place in about three weeks.
The donut shop with the popular coffee will replace Peet’s Coffee, which closed in December as part of a nationwide closing of more than a dozen of the chain’s coffee shops.

Dunkin’ Donuts will join other Fordson shops: Verizon Wireless, Hair Cuttery, Vitamin Shoppe, Piasano’s Pizza, and Pollo Campero.
The spot is across Richmond Highway from Mt. Vernon Plaza Shopping Center.
