On March 3rd, 2012 Jazzercise Franchise Owner Mindy LaBruno will celebrate her 25th Anniversary of teaching Jazzercise. Mindy started her Jazzercise career at Mount Vernon Square Apartments. She met her husband Roger during a class at Mount Vernon Square. After 7 years she moved locations to Hollin Hall Senior Center where she is presently offering 13 classes each week with a teaching staff of six instructors. Three of her Associate instructors live in the Waynewood area; Jennifer Farrar, Anne Nuttall and Peggy Frydenlund. Other instructors are Harmony Allen, Kim La Forest and Dawn Patillo. Mindy is well known for her Personal Training Sessions, which is a Jazzercise alternative format. Mindy also oversees Jazzercise Lite classes offered to the senior population throughout Fairfax County in various county facilities. She has touched hundreds of lives in this area. Her students will enjoy an Instructor team taught class on March 3rd followed by a party at 11:00 AM at the Hollin Hall Senior Center. Her students and Associate Instructors wish her many more years of teaching Jazzercise.
