Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

In this 6 week  series, we will explore the basic breathing, poses, and meditation techniques of Kundalini Yoga.  Kundalini Yoga can help bring focus, reduce stress, and build core strength.  No experience is required.  This class is open to all ages.  Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
