St. James is holding its 4th Annual Art and Craft Festival on Saturday, September 17th from 10 am to 4pm. We will have many artists and crafters displaying and selling beautiful handmade work. We'll also have hot food and a bake sale. Did I mention the raffle? Yes!!! We will be raffling off two beautiful handmade quilts as well as other valuable prizes.
