John Hamilton is scheduled to be sentenced for his crimes on June 24.

John E. Hamiltion, , pled guilty last month to five counts of criminal sexual abuse in Fairfax County Circuit Court.

All charges involved boys 16 years old or younger, according to court documents.  Hamilton, 39, of Centreville, is scheduled to be sentenced for the crimes June 24.  Hamilton could receive a maximum sentence of 65 years in prison.

In the meantime, he is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, according to local authorities.

Specifically, Hamilton admitted guilt to two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of indecent liberties and one count of crimes against nature.  The latter included acts of sodomy.  Sexual battery in Fairfax County involves physical fondling of the victim, while the indecent liberties charges involved Hamilton exposing himself to children.

These were the same crimes Hamilton was expected to plead guilty to in October 2009, but he failed to make that court appearance--triggering an international manhunt.  Featured on the classic TV crime-solving series "America's Most Wanted," Hamilton was nabbed by Polish authorities last August while trying to enter their country from the Czech Republic.  Hamilton was extradited from Poland earlier this year and was escorted back to Fairfax County by U.S. Marshals.

Hamilton, who worked with baseball youth through the Fort Hunt Youth Athletic Association for years, was arrested for his actions in 2009 after a former victim contacted county officials.  When arrested, a teenage foreign exchange student living with Hamilton at the time also claimed sexual violations.

Hamilton's bail was revoked in 2009 after he contacted one of his victims.  After he agreed to the five-charge plea deal, however, Hamilton was freed.  That's when his mother Rose, of Mount Vernon, reportedly came up with $20,000 from a bank account and an expedited passport and ran away with her son.

After Hamilton's crimes were aired on America's Most Wanted, someone reported seeing Hamilton in Germany in November 2009.

On March 29, Hamilton pled guilty to all five abuse counts rather than undergo a jury trial.  His attorney told the court he will make any statements on his client's behalf at the June sentencing hearing.
