According to FCPS, students who opted into in-person learning earlier this school year will return with their designated group. Hybrid learning will provide two days of in-person learning for these students.
For families who selected virtual learning earlier in the school year and want to switch to hybrid learning, FCPS cannot guarantee that option is available.

"Due to social distancing requirements, schools may not be able to accommodate additional students who wish to change their selection from virtual to in-person instruction," reads a statement on the FCPS website. "For parents requesting changes from full-time virtual to in-person instruction, principals will do their best to accommodate the requests, however, it may not be possible to accommodate changes if classes are at capacity."
