InTouch Wellness Life Coaching​ Opens In Hybla Valley

HYBLA VALLEY, VA — A new life coaching practice is the latest addition to the small business community in Hybla Valley. InTouch Wellness Life Coaching opened on Jan. 16 at 7686 Richmond Highway, Suite 111, according to the Mount Vernon Lee Chamber of Commerce.

The business provides services to individuals, families, organizations and communities to help them find their "greatest potential." Customers get a free consultation to get an understanding of their goals, how the business can help with their services and to identify a plan to help reach the goals. The services offered are coaching, counseling, and personal and family development.

The owner is Dr. Kudirat Proctor, a Newark, New Jersey native with a degree in psychology from Wesleyan University and medical degree from New Jersey Medical School. She came to the DC area to complete George Washington University's psychiatry residency training program and worked with underserved individuals and families with mental illness.
