Man Faces 20 Counts Of Child Porn In Mount Vernon District
Police do not believe the suspect had any contact with the children pictured on his device but are seeking additional details.
MOUNT VERNON, VA—Fairfax County Police arrested a man Tuesday after tracing back a device containing child pornography to him.
Jaeyoung Lee, 29, of the Alexandria area of Fairfax County, faces at least 20 counts of child pornography possession charges. Detectives from our Child Exploitation Unit assisted by the Computer Forensics Unit led the investigation resulting in his arrest.
Lee is being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center without bond. A preliminary hearing is set for March 6.

Detectives do not believe the suspect has been contacting any of the children in the images. Police ask anyone with information or believing a child or family member may have had contact with Lee to call the Major Crimes Bureau at 703-246-7800.
